Easter-a time of rebirth, new beginnings

At this time of year, people turn their attention to holidays, time off from work, maybe a trip or two to see family and friends.

Its great to have a break, but why not spend just 30 minutes over the next few days and take stock of what you need to focus on for the rest of the year, what do you need to let go of, and gain some new focus on what you want to become, who you want to be, do and have in your life.
