Who are we?

• 23 years Royal Marines service, practical problem solving, managing, and leading in the most challenging environments in the world
• Leadership trained in combat; management trained and experienced in diverse areas-catering, education, manufacturing, health and fitness
• qualified in HR studies with the CIPD, Associate level, Professional Trainer, TBL Business Mentor,
• Environmental monitoring and assessing is in our portfolio, as the Environment is one of the ‘things we do’.

What do we do?

• Give people the key skills, support and coach into competence, step back and allow you to grow and become better in the business you are in.

How?
By either:

• Management Training and Leadership Development; from ½  day ‘principles’ courses to a full programme of studies stretching into weeks. Our normal programme is 2-3 days on each of the basic management modules
• Supplying Mentor and Coaching support; hands on, and target focused, to achieve specific project outcomes;

What we are not…
I am not a hand-holding consultant. I am not looking for a job. I am not looking to build a comfortable client base of half a dozen people who I visit to drink coffee with, although I do like coffee!

I am hands-on, project focused, goal orientated -  a change agent.
